The ground fixing has an anchor body (11) secured in tbe ground, positioned below a reception sleeve (4) for the bottom end of the marking rod (2) and coupled to the reception sleeve via an elongate elastic element (16), with a tensioning device for distancing the anchor body from the reception sleeve upon exansion of the elongate elastic element. <??>An Independent claim for a setting out method for a ski run marking rod is also included.

Eine Bodenhalterung für Stangen (2) weist unterhalb einer Aufnahmehülse (4) für das untere Ende der Stange (2) einen im Boden festlegbarer Ankerkörper (11) auf, der mit der Aufnahmehülse (4) durch ein längenelastisches Element (16) verbunden ist. Der größte Durchmesser der Aufnahmehülse (4) ist größer als der Durchmesser des Ankerkörpers (11). Weiters ist ein Vorspannmittel vorgesehen, mittels dem der Ankerkörper (11) unter Dehnung des längenelastischen Elements (16) von der Aufnahmehülse (4) nach unten distanziert werden kann. <IMAGE>
