[origin: EP1306210A2] A tightening shaft (9) for gripping moving peripheral parts (10-14) with gripping devices (15-19) and fastening them as tight as necessary uses extra stop/buffer devices (20-24) designed to limit force exerted by the gripping devices and/or by the peripheral parts that can fasten on the tightening shaft. The stop/buffer devices limit force exerted by the peripheral parts as a method for dynamic stabilizing of the tightening shaft. <??>Independent claims are also included for a device made up of a tightening shaft, for rotary printing machine and for a method for dynamic stabilizing of a tightening shaft.
