A distributing valve (33) is formed as a continuously adjustable valve, which is controlled by a control device based on the operating state of the internal combustion engine and/or the fuel injection system. The valve may be a single-stage three-way valve, with an input connected to the pressure side of a pre-conveying pump (1), an output connected to the suction side of pump elements (19), and a second input connected to the low pressure region of the fuel jetting pump (17). <??>Independent claims are also included for the following: <??>(1) a method of generating and supplying fuel; <??>(2) a control device for a fuel injection system; and <??>(3) a computer program.
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe mit Vorförderpumpe vorgeschlagen, bei welcher die von der Vorförderpumpe (1) geförderte Krafstoffmenge über ein stetig verstellbares Wegeventil auf die Pumpenelemente (19) der Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe oder den Niederdruckbereich derselben zu Kühl- und Schmierzwecken aufgeteilt wird. Gesteuert wird das Wegeventil (33) vom Steuergerät der Brennkraftmaschine. Vorteilhaft an den erfindungsgemäßen Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe ist, dass abhängig vom Betriebszustand der Brennkraftmaschine und der Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe stets eine optimale Aufteilung der von der Vorförderpumpe (1) geförderten Kraftstoffmenge erfolgen kann. Außerdem wird der Energiebedarf der Vorförderpumpe verringert und deren Lebensdauer erhöht. <IMAGE>
