Abstract (en)
The flat heating element comprises a movable shelf formed from two parallel glass or ceramic plates. Two heating elements are applied to the two supports, formed by conductive strips formed within an enamel deposit on the surfaces of the respective plates. The element conducts to food above, or radiates to food below. <??>The flat heating element includes a support cradle made of aluminum or stainless steel, carrying a lower support plate (20) made of borosilicate soda glass or ceramic material. Above this is an upper support plate (21) made of similar material, lying parallel with the lower plate. The upper surface of the top plate is intended to receive cooking vessels. Two heat sources are applied to the two supports - a conductive heat source (22) is applied to the lower surface of the top plate, and a radiant heat source (23) is applied to the upper surface of the lower plate. These may be formed by conductive strips formed within an enamel deposit on the surfaces of the respective plates.

La présente invention se rapporte à un élément chauffant plan (2), de préférence une étagère amovible, pour four de remise en température destiné à l'alimentation collective et/ou d'entreprise en liaison froide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : un berceau support inférieur (20) en métal, de préférence en aluminium ou acier inoxydable, pouvant comprendre une plaque support inférieure en verre sodique borosilicate ou en vitrocéramique ; une plaque support supérieure (21), de préférence en verre sodique borosilicate ou en vitrocéramique, en appui sur ledit berceau inférieur (20), et dont la face tournée vers le haut est destinée à recevoir des ustensiles de cuisson ; une source de chaleur par conduction (22) et/ou une source de chaleur par rayonnement (23), disposée(s) en plan, parallèlement auxdits supports (20, 21). <IMAGE>
