[origin: EP1308624A1] The submersible motor-driven pump comprises a motor (2) and an eccentric screw pump (12) interconnected by a drive shaft (10). The drive shaft and eccentric screw pump are installed in a common protective pipe (8) which is connected to a motor housing (5) enclosing the motor. The protective pipe by one end is connected to the motor housing and by the other end to the pump head. A first support element is installed in the protective pipe and connected to it, and supports the stator of the eccentric screw pump in an axial direction and fixes it in the protective pipe in the radial direction.
