[origin: WO0198711A1] The invention relates to a regulation method for gas burners, which provides a gas/air mixture. A sensor signal is used to adapt the gas/air mixture to different qualities of gas. According to the invention, the sensor signal is used exclusively at certain times for adapting the gas/air mixture to different qualities of gas. The regulation is thus independent of the ageing processes of the sensor.
