A box (10) contains a number of compartments (18,20,22; 24,26,28) between or beside which is a work surface (12) which is on the same plane as the top edges of the compartment sides (30,32,34,36). An opening (35) in the work surface contains a rubbish-sack. At least part of the compartments is closed by a lid formed by legs or struts on the underside when not in use.

Eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Aufnehmen von Mal- und Bastelutensilien, enthaltend einen Kasten mit einer Mehrzahl von Fächern (18,20,22) und eine Arbeitsfläche (12), die zwischen oder neben den Fächern angeordnet ist und in der Ebene liegt, die durch die oberen Kanten der Seitenwände der Fächer definiert ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Arbeitsfläche (12) eine Öffnung (35) mit einer Müllaufnahme vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
