Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1310187A2] The support disc (14) has a flat front surface (18) facing away from the reverse surface (20). Between the two surfaces are through-holes (16) into which tufts of bristles are inserted, with their ends protruding out of the holes on the reverse side are fused. The tufts are inserted into slanting holes in the support disc with a slanting inner wall part(16a).
