Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1310361A2] System for ink preparation for an offset printer has an ink circuit comprising ink reservoir (1), supply and return lines for delivery of ink to an inking mechanism and a sensor for determination of the concentration of agents in the ink. The sensor is connected to a controller (12) that regulates ink composition. The reservoir has an ink preparation unit (4) with a fresh water supply (6) as well as the dosing unit (8) for agent supply and sensor (9, 10) for concentration measurement.
