Package for storage and display of fragile agricultural or industrial products such as eggs comprising a bottom part (3) and a cover part (2), for instance in the form of a wrapping surrounding said bottom part (3), where the bottom part and cover part are provided with retaining means in the form of one or more outwardly extending protrusions (10) and similar openings (7). The large external surfaces of the cover part makes it possible in an easy and flexible manner to provide the package with characters and/or images for informative and/or decorative purposes. <IMAGE>
