Abstract (en)
Acid and watery phosphating solution has pH value of 2.5-3.5 and for at least 95% of its usage duration, is composed of: 0.3-5.0 g/l zinc (II) ions, 3-50 g/l phosphate ions, 0.05-2.5 g/l hydroxylamine in a free or bonded form, 0.02-0.18 g/l of one or more organic nitrogen compounds selected from m-nitrobenzenesulfonate ions, nitro 2-amino-5-guanidovaleric acid, nitroguanidine and organic N-oxides. <??>It contains additionally 0.7-5.0 g/l nitrate ions, and 0.001-3.0 g/l free and/or complex fluoride ions with a maximum of up to 0.8 g/l of free fluoride ions. The metal surface is treated with the phosphating solution for 1-8 minutes at a temperature of 30-70 degrees C.

Saure wäßrige Phosphatierungslösung für Metalloberflächen, die einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 2,5 bis 3,6 aufweist und die während mindestens 90 % der Betriebsdauer die folgenden Bestandteile enthält: 0,3 bis 5 g/l Zink(II)ionen, 3 bis 50 g/l Phosphationen, berechnet als PO4<3->, 0,05 bis 2,5 g/l Hydroxylamin in freier, ionischer oder gebundener Form, 0,02 bis 0,18 g/l einer oder mehrerer organischer Stickstoffverbindungen ausgewählt aus m-Nitrobenzolsulfonationen, Nitroarginin, Nitroguanidin und organischen N-Oxiden, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis zwischen Phosphationen und Zinkionen zwischen 3,7 und 30 liegt.
