[origin: DE10144591A1] The arrangement consists of a longitudinal regulator circuit with a transistor (24), resistor (20) and Zener diode (22) and a charge pump circuit with a resistor (40), a diode (46) and a capacitor (42) and a clocked voltage source (44). The pump circuit is connected to the regulator circuit so that the resistor, capacitor and source are connected in series with a reference potential at the transistor output and the diode is connected on the anode side to the junction of the resistor and capacitor and on the cathode side to the regulator circuit transistor control input
