[origin: WO0216710A2] The invention relates to a device for tightening reinforcing elements, particularly unidirectional fibre laminates with a high strength of extension and one such elastic modulus connected to structures or parts of structures particularly structures with cement subjected to bending stress. The device comprises at least one tensioning means (SM) supplied with a mechanical drive. The tensioning means enters into contact with a first coupling member (K1) connected to at least one reinforcing element (V) and with a second coupling member (K2) connected to the structure (B).
