Abstract (en)
The machine for the production of filter cigarettes has a main drum (10) to transport the cigarette components of tobacco sticks (11) or part-sticks (12,13), held in troughs. The main drum has segments (16,17), which slide axially in pairs, to move the cigarette part-sticks apart with an axial gap between them. An intermediate segment (22) has a ring rotation between the sliding segments. The cigarettes or their filters are cut through at the center by a cutter, at the intermediate segment, to separate each stick into two separate cigarettes.

Bei der Fertigung von Filterzigaretten werden deren Bestandteile, nämlich Tabakstöcke (11) bzw. Teilstöcke (12, 13), auf einer Haupttrommel (10) transportiert und in Mulden gehalten. Die Haupttrommel (10) weist Schiebesegmente (16, 17) auf, die paarweise in Axialrichtung verschiebbar sind, um Teilstöcke (12, 13) bzw. Filterzigaretten auf axialen Abstand voneinander zu bringen. Zwischen den Schiebesegmenten (16, 17) ist ein ringsherumlaufendes, feststehendes Zwischensegment (22) angeordnet. <IMAGE>
