[origin: EP1312398A2] The holder assembly (1), for an elongated sports equipment e.g. skis (3) of snowboards and the like, at a workstation, has a number of holders (12) distributed along a carrier (11) with end attachments (13) e.g. suction pads to secure the ski. The holders have springs (22) to give an all-round elastic movement at the side towards the attachments, preferably with rubber or plastics sections (23). The attachments have a greater elastic freedom of movement at right angles to the ski surface than on a line parallel to the ski surface.
