Abstract (en)
The arrangement has a first supply roller (10) with an associated conveyor from which a first carrier band (11) is supplied with labels (12). The labels from the first carrier band are removed at first removal station (13) and passed to a second carrier band (14). The first carrier band is wound onto a first spooling roller (15). A third carrier band (21) with other parts (22) to be placed under the labels is unwound from a second supply roller (20). These parts are removed at a second removal station (23) and passed to a fourth carrier band (24). <??>The third carrier band is wound onto a second spooling roller (25). The third carrier band is driven by a controlled intermittent drive so that the other parts are placed on the fourth carrier band at desired points. The second carrier band is wound onto the third spooling roller at approx the same speed at which the first carrier band is unwound from the first supply roller. The fourth carrier band with parts applied can function as the second carrier band on which the labels removed at the first removal station are laced the desired portions to cover the other parts.

Es wird Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Etikettenstreifens, bei dem auf einem Trägerband abnehmbare, selbstklebende Etiketten aufgebracht sind, angegeben. Unter dem eigentlichen Etikett sind andere Teile (22), wie insbesondere Sicherheitselemente, vorhanden, welche bei Abziehen des selbstklebenden Etiketts vom Trägerband zusammen mit diesem auf eine mit dem Etikett zu versehende Sache übertragbar sind. Von dem Trägerband, auf welchem selbstklebende Etiketten aufgebracht sind, werden diese Etiketten abgelöst; auf das von den Etiketten nunmehr freie Trägerband oder auf ein anderes Trägerband werden die Sicherungselemente oder anderen Teile aufgebracht; die abgelösten Etiketten werden danach auf die auf dem Trägerband befindlichen Sicherungselemente oder anderen Teile aufgebracht. <IMAGE>
