Abstract (en)
The connector includes a rotationally symmetric hollow body hand wheel (16) which has a threaded sleeve (11) with standard external thread (2) for screw connection with the threaded connection (1) of the mask. The hollow body also forms a push fit connecting sleeve (4) for rotational connection with the lung machine (5) and has on the inside in the wheel area a circumferential detent groove (15) for rotational connection with detent catches (7) and in the threaded sleeve area (11) a holding cylinder for radially and rotationally sealing the guide cylinder (9).

Dem Gewindeanschluß (1) einer Atemschutzmaske ist ein einschraubbares Handrad (16) mit Gewindehülse (11) zugeordnet, die gleichzeitig als Steckanschlußhülse (4) zur Aufnahme des Führungszylinders (9) des anzuschließenden Lungenautomaten (5) dient und ein trichterförmig erweitertes Führungsteil (13) sowie eine am Innenumfang umlaufende Rastnut (15) zum drehbeweglichen Verrasten von mit einem Verriegelungselement (6) des Lungenautomaten verbundenen Rastnasen (7) umfaßt. Eine Maske mit Gewindeanschluß kann somit wahlweise mit Steck- oder Gewindebauteilen verbunden werden bzw. Bauteile mit Steckanschluß können unter Nutzung dessen vorteilhafter Wirkungen mit der Maske verschraubt werden (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
