Abstract (en)

Production of ceiling or wall elements (10) from hollow bodies (12) having continuous air chambers (14) and cast concrete ribs (16) between the hollow bodies comprises passing a gaseous medium through the air chambers to accelerate binding of the cast concrete. <??>An Independent claim is also included for the use of a ceiling/wall element produced by the above process as a heatable and coolable component in air-conditioning systems. Preferred Features: The temperature, rate, and moisture content of the gaseous medium are controlled. The gaseous medium is air.

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Decken- oder Wandelementen (10) aus durchgehende Luftkammern (14) aufweisenden Hohlkörpern (12) und Vergußbetonrippen (16) zwischen den Hohlkörpern (12) beschrieben, wobei durch die Luftkammern (14) der Hohlkörper (12) zum Beschleunigen des Abbindens des Vergußbetons ein gasförmiges Medium durchgeleitet wird oder wobei im Deckenoder Wandelement (10) den Hohlkörpern (12) zugeordnet Rohrleitungen (20) vorgesehen werden, die zum Beschleunigen des Abbindens des Vergußbetons von einem flüssigen oder einem gasförmigen Medium durchströmt werden. Nach dem zuletzt genannten Verfahren hergestellte Decken- oder Wandelemente (10) können als beheizbare und/oder kühlbare Klimabauelemente Verwendung finden. <IMAGE>
