Abstract (en)
The apparatus comprises a solar cell (2) which is located under a hood-shaped cover (3). The cover may be made of a translucent and/or light-controlling material. The cover is fixed to a side of a housing (1), and the solar cell is placed on the upper side of the housing and underneath the cover. The cover may be formed as polyhedron, pyramid-shaped, cone-shaped, paraboloidal or ellipsoid. The apparatus further comprises a light sensor, wind sensor (4,5), temperature sensor and condensation sensor. The control signals of the sensors (4,5) may be transmitted by radio, infrared or ultrasound to a control unit or may be transmitted directly to the electric motors which actuate the protecting mechanisms. The sensor is adjustable and/or programmable in such a way that threshold values for the light, wind, condensation or the temperature sensors are adjustable, with priorities assigned to them.

Die Vorrichtung zur Steuerung von Sonnen-, Regen- oder Windschutzvorrichtungen ist mit einem Solarzellengenerator zur Erzeugung der Betriebsspannung ausgerüstet. Um den Wirkungsgrad des Solarzellengenerators mit einer Solarzelle (2) ohne eine Stell- und Regelungsvorrichtung zur geregelten Ausrichtung der Solarzelle (2) auf die Sonne zu erhöhen, sitzt die Solarzelle (2) unter einer haubenförmigen Abdeckung (3) aus einem lichtdurchlässigen, das durchstrahlende Licht streuenden Werkstoff. Die Abdeckung kann z. B. kuppel-, polyeder-, paraboloid- oder ellipsenförmig ausgebildet sein. <IMAGE>
