The device has a flange element (17) directly mounted on a connection element (9) that axially bounds an inlet manifold (7) and an exhaust manifold (6) at one lateral end of the heat exchanger block (2) and is attached directly to the heat exchanger block and/or a component containing the manifolds mounted on the block. The inlet and exhaust ports (20,18) of the manifolds extend into the flange element. <??>AN Independent claim is also included for the following: a method of manufacturing an inventive device.
Abstract (de)
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen durch Komplettlötung hergestellten Wärmeübertrager (1), insbesondere einen Verdampfer für eine Fahrzeugklimaanlage. Um einen derartigen Wärmeübertrager (1) einfacher und universell einsetzbar herstellen zu können, wird ein Flanschelement (17) direkt an einem Abschlußelement (9) angebracht, das einen Einlaßsammelkanal (7) und einen Auslaßsammelkanal (6) bezüglich deren Längsrichtung (13) an einem seitlichen Ende (14) eines Wärmeübertragerblocks (2) axial begrenzt und seinerseits direkt am Wärmeübertragerblock (2) angebracht ist. Dabei ist das Flanschelement (17) so angeordnet, dass ein Einlaßstutzen (20) des Flanschelements (17) den Einlaßsammelkanal (7) und ein Auslaßstutzen (18) des Flanschelements (17) den Auslaßsammelkanal (6) im Flanschelement (17) axial verlängern. <IMAGE>
