[origin: WO0220531A2] The invention relates to a method for producing anellated tetrahydro-[1H]-triazoles of formula I wherein the variables R<a>, Z, Z<1>, X, W, n and Q have the designations cited in patent claim 1, by cyclising compounds of general formula II wherein R represents C(X)OR<2> or C(X)SR<2>, X represents oxygen or sulphur, and R<2> has the designation cited in patent claim 1, in the presence of a base. The invention also relates to compounds of general formula I wherein W represents sulphur if Z represents a methylene group which is optionally substituted by R<a>, as well as other compounds of formula I wherein Q represents a benzoxazole or benzothiazole radical. The invention further relates to the uses of said compounds as herbicides.
