[origin: US6939467B2] The invention relates to a filter module ( 23 ) for a fuel conveying unit ( 2 ) comprising a fuel pump ( 5 ) with two pump chambers ( 20, 21 ) which are independent of each other. A common filter area ( 24 ) is provided for the inlet areas ( 16, 17 ) of the pump chambers ( 20, 21 ). The filter module ( 23 ) has a connector ( 25 ) which can be inserted into a recess of a housing part ( 7 ). The configuration of the filter module ( 23 ) is particularly economical as a result.
