In a method for flexographic printing of a sheet of cellulose wadding of specific weight 15-35 g/m<2>, preferably with density below 130 kg/m<3>, that includes at least one application of ink from a print roller, the new feature is the preliminary application of an underlayer (A) that limits absorption of ink, beneath those parts of the wadding that are to be printed. <??>An Independent claim is also included for cellulose wadding of specific weight 15-35 g/m<2> and density below 130 kg/m<3> that has a printed decoration and includes, under the printed regions, a layer of titanium dioxide pigment or varnish.

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'impression flexographique d'une feuille d'ouate de cellulose de grammage compris entre 15 et 35 g/m<2>, notamment de masse volumique inférieure à 130 kg/m<3>, comprenant au moins un groupe d'impression avec un porte-cliché avec lequel on applique une encre sur la feuille. Le procédé est caractérisé par le fait que l'on applique au préalable une sous-couche limitant l'absorption de ladite encre par la feuille d'ouate de cellulose, sous les zones à imprimer. L'encre de la sous-couche peut être un vernis à base de résine acrylique ou bien une encre à base de pigments de TiO2. <IMAGE>
