Method for preventing counterfeiting or falsification of an authorization pass provided with clear text information and additional encoded information in which the clear text information is encoded using a key and the resulting coded information is also displayed on the pass. <??>An Independent claim is made for an authorization pass in which clear text information printed on the pass relating to the authorization is encoded with a key and also printed on the pass in encoded format.

Um ein Verfahren zur Fälschungssicherung von Berechtigungsausweisen sowie Berechtigungsausweise bereitzustellen, welche mit geringem wirtschaftlichem und technischem Aufwand eine größtmögliche Kontrollmöglichkeit und einen umfassenden Fälschungsschutz bereitstellen, wird verfahrensseitig vorgeschlagen ein Verfahren zur Fälschungssicherung von mit einer Berechtigung identifizierende Klartextinformationen versehenen Berechtigungsausweisen, wobei die Klartextinformationen unter Anwendung eines Schlüssels codiert und der sich ergebende Code auf dem Berechtigungsausweis aufgebracht wird. <IMAGE>
