Ultrasonic sensor unit (41) has a cup shaped and at least partially vibrating membrane with a housing surrounding the membrane. According to the invention, membrane and housing are formed from a single housing-membrane unit (43) of the same metallic material. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such an ultrasonic sensor unit using a deep drawing process followed by a machining process.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ultraschallsensoreinheit (41) mit einer topfförmigen und wenigstens abschnittsweisen schwingungsfähigen Membrane und mit einem die Membrane wenigstens abschnittsweise umgebenden Gehäuse. Die Erfindung kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass die Membrane und das Gehäuse als einteiliges, aus dem gleichen metallischen Material hergestelltes Membrane-Gehäuse-Teil (43) ausgebildet ist.
