At least part of the outer casing (1.1) has cavities (2) and an inner conical casing (4,10) which has preferably rectangular windows (5) or openings (13). The width of some windows can be altered. The first three windows (5.1); the next four windows (5.2) and three more windows (5.3) are the same width. Between each two windows is an area (6.1-6.9) with increasing width upwards. At least part of the inner casing has a movable cover part of which has openings (8) in.
