[origin: WO0224023A1] The invention relates to an adhesive stick (1) for applying adhesive. Said stick comprises a cylindrical housing (2), which contains a propelling spindle (5), used to axially displace an elongated adhesive body. A twist grip (4), which is connected to the propelling spindle (5), is provided on one end of the housing (2). A casing (7), connected to the exterior of the twist grip (4), is rotatably mounted on the cylindrical housing (2). Said casing is designed to be at least partially transparent or perforated, so that the housing (2), which bears an imprint (14), is visible.
