Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1319483A2] The boring-out tool has a shaft with a head-carrier part and a head (2) of hard metal. The shaft and the head are made as separate parts, with interacting positive and non-positive connection elements (e.g. 24) to center them and to position them correctly in the rotary sense relative to each other. The head is entirely sintered from hard metal.
