Abstract (en)

The filling machine has at least one closing element (17,18) installed in the lower region of the filling connector (10) and which by means of a controllable actuator (19,20) is brought into a position opening and closing the flow passage opening of the filling connector. At least the section of the filling connector encased by the seated bag is pivotable around a hanging position inclined in relation to the vertical. The closing element consists of two flaps which are hinged around horizontal, parallel and relatively spaced apart hinge points (15,16).

Eine Füllmaschine zum Füllen von offenen Großsäcken, die mit einem Füllstutzen (10) ausgerüstet ist, an dessen unteren Randbereich der Großsack ansetzbar ist, soll in konstruktiv einfacher Weise so gestaltet werden, dass ein Nachrieseln von Füllgut, welches an der Innenfläche des Durchströmkanals haftet, vermieden wird, und dass das Anhängen des zu füllenden Großsackes an den Füllstutzen erleichtert wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Füllstutzen (10) im unteren Bereich mit zwei schwenkbaren Verschlussklappen (17, 18) ausgerüstet, die die Auslauföffnung verschließt. Die Verschlussklappen (17, 18) sind halbkreisförmig oder annähernd halbkreisförmig gestaltet. Die erfindungsgemäße Füllmaschine ist besonders zum Füllen von sog. big bags geeignet. <IMAGE>
