Abstract (en)

Production of a magnetic core made from a soft magnetic base alloy comprises: <??>(a) preparing a first amorphous strip made from an iron-based alloy melt using rapid solidification; <??>(b) preparing an anisotropic incubator; <??>(c) winding the amorphous strip to form a magnetic core using the anisotropic incubator; and <??>(d) heat treating the wound magnetic core, in which the amorphous alloy structure is converted into an alloy structure. <??>50% of the alloy structure of fine crystalline particles have an average particle size of 100 nm or less. A partial or permanent mechanical tension in the magnetic core is produced which leads to a permanent induced magnetic anisotropy Ku. <??>Preferably a supporting body is used as the incubator on which the first amorphous strip is wound. The supporting body is made from a metal or a ceramic.

Abstract (de)

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Magnetkerns aus einer nanokristallinen weichmagnetischen Eisenbasislegierung vorgeschlagen, bei dem über Induktion mechanischer Spannungen die induzierten Anisotropieenergien Ku gegenüber dem Stand der Technik deutlich erhöht sind. Die so hergestellten Magnetkerne weisen signifikant höhere Alterungsbeständigkeiten auf.
