[origin: EP1321406A2] The machine for reeling a web material involves a feed (3,3'') for driving a cardboard reel (4) to cause the web to wind up. A first reeling roller (1) moves over the web path. A second horizontal reeling roller (2) engages the reeled material and can move with respect to the first roller. A new reel can be guided from below against the web path (5) so that the web can be fed onto the new reel.
