Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1321596A1] Plate-mounting system used in wall construction comprises a grid of vertical C-shaped profiles (1) inserted with their upper and lower ends in horizontal U-shaped profiles (2, 3). Clips (6) attached at the same height to the outer sides of opposite-lying arms (4, 5) of the individual C-shaped profiles engage with rails (7, 8) on which plates are fixed. <??>Preferred Features: The grid is covered on both sides with plates to form a wall of pre-determined thickness. The space between the plates is left empty or fully acoustically insulated with insulating material such as mineral wool.
