[origin: DE10048849A1] A heat- and light-curable (dual-cure) multi-component system made by combining isocyanate-reactive component(s) (A) and polyisocyanate (B) is obtained by pre-mixing (A) and/or (B) with (C1) a component with at least 2 light-activatable functional groups and/or (C2) a heat- and light-curable component with isocyanate group(s) and optionally light-activatable group(s). A method for the production of a heat- and light-curable (dual-cure) multi-component system by mixing (A) component(s) containing constituent(s) (A1) with at least two (on average) isocyanate-reactive groups/molecule and (B) component(s) containing polyisocyanate(s) (B1). In this method, component(s) (A) and/or (B) is/are mixed, shortly before they are combined together, with other liquid component(s) (C) containing (C1) light-curable component(s) with at least two groups containing light-activatable bond(s) and/or (C2) heat- and light-curable component(s) with at least one group containing light-activatable bond(s) and at least one isocyanate-reactive group or with at least one isocyanate group (on average), after which components (A/C) and (B), (A) and (B/C) or (A/C) and (B/C) are mixed and homogenized. An Independent claim is also included for a dual-cure multi-component system containing components (A) and (B) as above, plus (C) light-curable reactive diluent(s) with at least 5 light-activatable bonds/molecule, which is/are not added via a thixotropic agent.
