Abstract (en)
The compensator has a base (1) with a feeler (2) sliding in the base between different engagement positions. A spring biases the feeler to a minimal engagement position. The base and feeler have mutually engaging relief formations in rows extending parallel to the axis (Z) of the compensator, regularly spaced angularly around the axis and separated by neutral zones (10A,20A).

L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à rattraper des variations dimensionnelles statistiques d'un espace entre deux pièces, ce dispositif comprenant une embase (1), un palpeur (2) coulissant dans l'embase (1) entre des positions d'engagement différentes, et un ressort (3) sollicitant le palpeur (2) vers sa position d'engagement minimal, l'embase (1) et le palpeur (2) portant des reliefs respectifs (111, 222) d'accrochage mutuel. Selon l'invention, l'embase (1) et le palpeur (2) présentent chacun plusieurs séries de reliefs d'accrochage s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe (Z) du dispositif, régulièrement réparties angulairement autour de l'axe (Z), et séparées par des zones neutres (10A; 20A) exemptes de reliefs d'accrochage, l'embase (1) et le palpeur (2) pouvant ainsi adopter, par rotation relative autour de l'axe (Z), une position angulaire d'accrochage et une position angulaire de découplage. <IMAGE>
