Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0226254A2] The invention provides a means of delivering multiple immunogens, such as pathogenic/tumorogenic epitopes, to elicit immune responses. Specifically, the invention provides a fusion protein, comprising the amino acid sequence of a viral tubule protein and the amino acid sequence for one or more immunogens. The fusion proteins can assemble with other fusion proteins to form a viral tubule which can serve to deliver multiple immunogens when administered to a subjects as a vaccine. The invention further provides methods of making and using various vaccines, fusion proteins, and compositions provided by the invention.
