[origin: WO0229226A1] The invention relates to a throttle-valve actuating unit comprising a throttle-valve connecting piece (11) that contains a pivotable throttle valve, a drive chamber for housing an electric drive for the throttle valve (13) and an electric connector plug (20) for a plug-in connection to a control device. The aim of the invention is to reduce production costs, whilst supporting a diversity of customer-specific configurations. To achieve this, the drive chamber is surrounded by a housing module (12) and the throttle valve (11) is mounted on the housing module (12) as a separate part and is fixed thereon.
