Abstract (en)
The method involves operating the actuators in a determined automatic sequence corresponding to the selected unfolding and folding procedure. The actuators are used for folding and unfolding the tower crane. The operation of the sequence is controlled, by detecting the arrival of the mast (5) to a predetermined position. An Independent claim is also included for a device for the safe command and control of the unfolding and folding of the tower crane.

Pour une grue à tour à mât dépliable et à flèche repliable, les mouvements de dépliage et repliage étant motorisés par des actionneurs tels que vérins (21, 22, 23), l'invention permet le passage automatique d'une position repliée de transport à une position dépliée de travail, ou vice versa. Une procédure de dépliage ou de repliage étant sélectionnée au moyen d'un commutateur (33) et d'un manipulateur de commande (34), les vérins (21, 22, 23) sont actionnés successivement, selon une séquence automatique préétablie (L1, L2, L3, L4) qui correspond à la procédure sélectionnée. Le déroulement de la séquence est contrôlé au moyen d'un ensemble de capteurs (35), qui détectent l'arrivée d'éléments du mât et/ou de la flèche de la grue dans des positions intermédiaires et dans la position finale. <IMAGE>
