Abstract (en)
The body blank for a rotor bearing support disk (1) is made by high deformation pressing followed by a hardening process. The strength, especially round the hub (2) is between 250 and 350 N/mm2. The body (1) and hub (2) are made in one piece and at least some of the profiling (3) on the periphery is made by pressing. The body is made in a number of stages, the bore (21) being finished by machining. The profile (3) has an undercut (31) to assist in holding a synthetic running surface. The outer diameter (G) is preferably between 60 and 75 mm and the ratio between the diameter of the hub (N) and the bore (B) is between 1.8 and 2.3.

Es wird ein Grundkörper für eine Stützscheibe zur Lagerung eines Offenend-Spinnrotors vorgeschlagen, wobei der Grundkörper eine Nabe mit einer Bohrung zur Aufnahme einer Achse und einen Außenumfang zur Aufnahme eines Laufbelages besitzt. Der erfindungsgemäße Grundkörper zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß der Grundkörper (1) durch Fließpressen hergestellt ist und nach dem Fließpressen einem Härtevorgang unterzogen worden ist. <IMAGE>
