Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1327708A2] Cleaning device (1) for a rotor-spinning unit has a cleaning head (63), which is connected to an extensible apparatus (12, 31), and is replaceable. It has cleaning components for the cleaning of a spinning rotor (80), where the first cleaning component(s) is assigned to the rotor channel and the second cleaning component(s) to the rotor wall, and/or a third cleaning component assigned to the rotor bottom. Cleaning device for a rotor-spinning unit has a cleaning head, and an extensible apparatus to extend and retract the cleaning head. The cleaning head is connected to the extensible apparatus, and is replaceable. It has cleaning components for the cleaning of a spinning rotor, where the first cleaning component(s) is assigned to the rotor channel and the second cleaning component(s) to the rotor wall, and/or a third cleaning component assigned to the rotor bottom, and/or having cleaning components for the cleaning of a yarn draw-off nozzle (82), where the rotational axis of the cleaning head is at an angle relative to the symmetrical axis of the yarn draw-off nozzle, during the cleaning process.
