[origin: EP1327724A2] An improved all-purpose bracket for mounting sanitary fittings on walls comprises two longitudinal elements (2,3) which are slidably supported on a base plate or section-member (4) comprising an adjustable supporting element (5) for supporting a sanitary fitting, the longitudinal elements (2,3) being adapted to be slidably driven and locked on the base section member (4) to fit the width dimension of the box body (6) to be supported, upon having adjusted this dimension. <IMAGE>
