Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1327725A2] Container with changeable volume comprises a base container (1) which can be expanded on at least one side surface by a rectangular construction (6). The base surface (3) and the top surface (2) of the construction are formed by rigid flat elements which fold out from the side surfaces of the base container. The three side surfaces of the construction are formed by a single, flexible, air- and dust-tight foil (5) which is connected to the two flat elements. Preferred Features: The foil is made of a temperature- and UV-resistant plastic material with or without metallization. The foil is reinforced by a conductive fabric mat.
