Die Erfindung betrifft ein Modulsystem zum Herstellen eines Feuerschutzbauelementes (10, 12, 14), mit einem Verbundprofil (20, 22, 41), das ein erstes und ein zweites aus Metall gefertigtes, jeweils einen Hohlraum (29, 31) umgreifendes oder umschließendes Hohlprofil (28, 30) und einen aus Isoliermaterial gebildeten, die Hohlprofile (28, 30) miteinander verbindenden Isoliersteg (32) sowie eine Brandschutzfüllung (34, 46) aufweist, wobei die Brandschutzfüllung (46) ein nach Herstellung des Verbundprofils in den Hohlraum (29, 31) einbringbares, vorzugsweise in Längsrichtung des Hohlprofils (28, 30) einschiebbares, streifen- oder plattenartiges Brandschutzisoliermaterial (48, 50, 54) enthält. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein unter Verwendung des Modulsystem hergestelltes Feuerschutzbauelement und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines solchen. <IMAGE>
