Abstract (en)
Two metal functional plates (1,2) are vertically aligned with the combustion openings in the combustion chambers of an engine. A pressure limiting plate (5) is disposed at the inward surface of one functional plate (1). An elastic material (6) is arranged vertically opposite the pressure limiting plate in association with the other functional plate (2) surrounding the combustion openings. The functional plates are formed with full beads (3,4) encircling each of the combustion openings, and vertically aligned with each other. The pressure limiting plate is extended toward but terminating short of the full beads to be limited to the area of one functional plate (1) between the combustion openings and full beads.

Es wird eine metallische Zylinderkopfdichtung für Brennkraftmaschinen mit eingesetzten Zylinderlaufbuchsen mit mindestens zwei Funktionslagen (1,2) mit Öffnungen entsprechend den Brennkammern von Brennkraftmaschinen offenbart, die von jeweils einer Vollsicke (3,4) der jeweiligen Funktionslage (1,2) umschlossen werden. An der ersten Funktionslage (1) ist ein Verpressungsbegrenzer (5) für die Vollsicke (3) an der zweiten Funktionslage (2) zugewandten Seite angeordnet und an bzw. in der zweiten Funktionslage (2) in der Ebene des Verpressungsbegrenzers (5) ist eine Lage mit einem elastischen Element (6) angeordnet. Das elastische Element (6) erstreckt sich in der vertikalen Ebene des Verpressungsbegrenzers (5). <IMAGE>
