[origin: FR2815512A1] A microwave oven has a working space (3) supplied with microwaves by a magnetron (1) through an antenna (4) and waveguide (5). A patch antenna (10) is located opposite to the waveguide aperture (6) and is connected to an electromagnetic wave propagation line (11) of variable length (35) with a termination (12) which is adapted to reflect the incident waves back into the working space and improve the uniformity of heating.
