Abstract (en)
The descent clamp (10), comprising fixed (12) and pivoting (14) flanges, a pair of pulleys (15, 16) with a gap (19) between them for the cable (11), and fastenings for attaching to the user's harness, has the pulleys located in the middle portion of the first flange (12), which has a handle (13) opposite a first fastening hole (23). When the clamp is fitted on a tensioned cable the hole (23) is located at the top and in vertical alignment with the gap (19).

Descendeur autobloquant sur filin ou corde (11), comprend deux réas (15, 16) portés dans la partie médiane d'un premier flasque (12), lequel comporte à l'une des extrémités une poignée (13) de manoeuvre située à l'opposé d'au moins un premier orifice (23) d'attache. Lors de la mise en place du descendeur sur une corde (11) tendue, le premier orifice (23) se trouve à la partie supérieure du premier flasque (12), et en alignement vertical avec l'intervalle (19). <IMAGE>
