[origin: EP1329639A1] An annular groove (12) is linked with a stream (5) via an interstice (13). The groove is fitted with a fixed air guide (20) which imparts a centripetal swirling motion on air flowing in the groove. The centripetal swirling motion rotates in the same direction as the compressor to reduce the velocity of air entering into the holes (14) of an outer shroud (9).
