The nozzle has a suction head (1) with a suction channel (4), which runs into a suction opening (3). Rollers (7) are arranged at the back end of the suction channel and a vertically adjustable carrier (8) is provided within the suction head. A seal strip (9) is arranged at the carrier, which has a working surface (10) for non-carpet floors. The front seal strip and the back working surface can be extended, so that the rollers do not have any contact with the floor when cleaning a floor without a carpet and the suction head is supported onto the working surface and the seal strip.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Bodendüse für Staubsauger mit einem Saugkopf (1), der eine unterseitige Gleitsohle (2) aufweist, mit einem Saugrohranschlusselement (5), das um die horizontale Achse (6) eines Kippgelenkes beweglich in einen Saugkanal (4) des Saugkopfes (1) eingesetzt ist, mit einer Laufrollenanordnung (7) am rückwärtigen Ende des Saugkanals (4) und mit einem innerhalb des Saugkopfes (1) angeordneten, vertikal verstellbaren Träger (8). An den Träger (8) ist eine Dichtungsleiste (9) angeschlossen, die in Saugrichtung vor der Gleitsohle (2) angeordnet ist. In Saugrichtung hinter der Gleitsohle (2) weist der Träger (8) eine auf Glattböden wirksame Arbeitsfläche (10) auf, die zwischen der Gleitsohle (2) und der Laufrollenanordnung (7) verläuft und sich an beiden Seiten der Laufrollenanordnung (7) nach hinten erstreckt. Die vordere Dichtungsleiste (9) und die hintere Arbeitsfläche (10) sind mit einem Stellhub des Träger (8) zusammen an der Unterseite des Saugkopfes (1) so weit ausfahrbar, dass die Laufrollenanordnung (7) bei einem Saugbetrieb auf Glattböden keinen Bodenkontakt hat und der Saugkopf (1) auf der Arbeitsfläche (10) des Trägers (8) und der vorderen Dichtungsleiste (9) abgestützt ist. <IMAGE>
