Abstract (en)
To form an end bond in a wire cable, to be fastened at a building construction, a ductile sleeve (4) is pressed in place around the cable (3) with a given pressure. The actual breaking strain of the cable can be transferred to the anchor, the cable end has a non-slip character, and can withstand temperatures of at least 300degreesC for at least 30 minutes. The sleeve is pressed home by a wedge coupling unit (5,6). The sleeve before use has an inner diameter which is 0.5-2.0 mm larger than the cable diameter, with a wall thickness of 0.5-2.0 mm and a length which is three to four times the cable diameter.

Zur Befestigung an Bauwerken müssen Drahtseile mit Endverbindungen versehen werden. Es wird ein Verfahren und ein dafür benötigtes Mittel vorgeschlagen, wobei um das Drahtseil (3) eine duktile Hülse (4) mit bemessenem Druck gepresst wird. Damit kann die wirkliche Bruchkraft Fw des Drahtseiles auf der Basis von in der Vorspanntechnik standardmässig angewendeten Verankerungen übertragen werden. Zudem ist die Endverbindung schlupffrei und kann Temperaturen von mind. 300°C während mind. 30 Min. widerstehen. Dadurch kann die Tragfähigkeit der Drahtseile zu 100% ausgeschöpft werden und "quasi spröde" Brüche der Endverbindungen ohne Vorankündigung durch Fliessen des Drahtseiles können vermieden werden. <IMAGE>
