Abstract (en)

The roller shutter, comprising a panel (1) made from hinged slats that rolls round a shaft (2) with a coupling system (4) for the first slat, and a drive (6) with a pulley (7) and belt (8) for moving the shutter between raised and lowered positions, has a locking mechanism to fix the shutter in the lowered position, consisting of a ratchet wheel (21) on the shaft and a pawl (23) to engage with it. The pawl is held against the ratchet wheel by a spring (27) and is released by pulling on the belt as it passes round a stud (35) between the pawl's two ends (25, 26).

Volet roulant apte à être associé à une ouverture comportant une composante verticale, comportant : un tablier (1) à lames articulées apte à s'enrouler et se dérouler, un arbre d'enroulement (2) défini selon un premier axe (3), des moyens (4) pour lier une lame primaire (5) du tablier avec l'arbre (2), des moyens d'entraînement (6) en rotation de l'arbre d'enroulement comportant une sangle pour dérouler et enrouler le tablier entre deux positions, une position abaissée pour fermer l'ouverture et une position relevée pour laisser libre l'ouverture, des moyens (9, 53) pour bloquer le tablier en position abaissée pour l'empêcher, par une action directe sur lui, de le ramener à sa position relevée, et des moyens (29) pour débloquer le tablier pour lui permettre de passer d'une position baissée à une position relevée. <IMAGE>
