Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0238943A2] The invention relates to a fuel injection unit (1), comprising at least one fuel injection valve (1), with an inlet section (4) and a fuel distribution line (2) with a connector piece (3) for each fuel injection valve (1). Each injection valve (1) is connected to the corresponding connector piece (3) on the fuel distribution line (2) in a sealed manner, whereby an annular seal support (30) is provided, comprising an inner sleeve (8) which is guided by a guide section (5) of the inlet section (4) and an outer sleeve (9) which radially surrounds the inner sleeve (8) and is radially connected to the inner sleeve (8) in an elastic manner. The seal support (30) along with the outer sleeve (9) surrounds a seal element (14). The seal element in turn surrounds an inner wall (22) of the connector piece (3) and axially abuts a radial face surface (6) of the inlet section (4) of the fuel injection valve (1).
